Our team is equipped to meet any specifications you might have. We can work with a variety of metal types and can accommodate any shape, thickness, size, or grade.
Prototyping & Production Runs
Sphere provides early-stage Prototyping as well as Low, Medium and High production run capabilities.
CNC Forming
We can accommodate a variety of die shapes to meet your products’ specifications. Our capabilities include CNC press brakes to 220-ton capacity, capable of forming parts up to 12ft long.
Saw Cutting
We have vertical saws and horizontal saws in our facility to meet a wide range of cutting needs. Our automated indexing system has a 24in opening capacity.
Welding
We offer Tig and Mig welding for aluminum and steel. We also offer stud welding and Resistance Spot Welding.
