Sphere provides early-stage Prototyping as well as Low, Medium and High production run capabilities.

Using high-power fiber lasers, we offer precision laser cutting for a wide variety of materials and grades, such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We can work with thickness sizes ranging from 0.040in to 0.625in – and thicker depending on part geometry.

To complement our precision machining and laser cutting, we provide CO2 laser part marking capabilities in-house. Servicing parts up to 24in x 36in in size, we can mark on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as a variety of non-metallics, including thermoplastics, composites and wood.
